    1. Provider Symposium: A Linkage Dialog for Business
      9:00 am – 12:00 pm

This program will provide employers, and especially federal contractors, the opportunity to hear from providers who serve as linkages to talent with disabilities. Attendees will learn how to source candidates and develop partnerships with linkage organizations to increase the percentage of individuals in their workforce.

The OFCCP’s Notice for Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act will most likely require federal contractors and subcontractors to form linkages with provider organizations and other entities to ensure a robust pipeline of talent with disabilities. Are you ready to begin developing these linkages? In order to be successful, the linkages must become partnerships and relationships must develop in order for employers to reply upon providers for success. The presenters will represent government vocational rehabilitation business services, EARN, veterans and others who will share their service offerings.
